If you are planning an indoor shoot, a furnished photo studio could be one of your options. There are up- and downsides to them as well...
The good
These studios were built for shooting in them, they will have electric outlets, equipment ready to be used, decorative furniture and an infrastructure (like parking, bar, shower, assistance) that you wouldn't necessarily have in other locations. Furthermore they can have surreal elements or over the top decoration that you wouldn't find anywhere else.
The bad
Well, for one, they can be pricy and add a fair amount to your budget. They are also FAKE. Meaning that even though they are furnished, there is not going to be a 100% authenticity. They are not going to be personal items on the shelves or books on the table. It's going to be a sterile environment that was designed to be easily assembled, cleaned, moved around and used for various projects.
Conclusion
I believe that these studios have their purpose. They are perfect for a boudoir shoot or stock imagery. When composed carefully, the different corners of the room can be a good background and you can probably produce a larger variety of pictures here than in a regular, homogenous apartment. But for a more creative project (and a larger budget) I would go with my own built set.

This one is pretty high quality and they offer various themes in 4 rooms inside an old renovated factory building. The studios are pretty spacious, so it can work for larger groups as well, but as usual the main downside of a studio like this is that it's an artificial environment; it won't feel as natural as an apartment (or some AirBnbs), but that can also be an advantage if the goal is a more creative set of pictures.
A bar for a before-after coffee and a rentable make-up corner is also available, free parking in front is possible.
Studio Madison

Similar to Madison, this one is built in an old factory building and furnished in high in quality spanning in 6 rooms with different settings. The rooms are a bit more pragmatic, minimalist with the peak of the Atrium room which is barely furnished or decorated, providing a large airy space.
A bar for a before-after coffee and a rentable make-up corner is also available, free parking in front is possible.

Small studio inside the top level of a family house with 3 small rooms - the whole space is part of the rental price. There is some natural light, but studio lighting equipment is also available. It is a cosy space, but since it's not too small it's best for smaller, budget shoots. For dark rooms, there are better choices - this one is small and very dark.
The location is a bit further from the downtown, but the parking is free.

Another apartment studio with 2 rooms that can be rented alltogether. Not the most sophisticated interior design, but there are some fun elements inside. Best for smaller, single person shoots.

Again a large studio inside an old factory building with 5 different rooms that can be rented separately. Maybe with a bit of more interesting interiors than the usual and a piano!
